SMART BASE 3625 is a clear amber, low-viscosity, low-odor polysulfide that delivers outstanding lubricity and extreme pressure (EP) performance. It is suitable for use in various alloy machining fluid formulations.
SMART BASE 3625 features a relatively low active sulfur content and excellent thermal stability, making it suitable for machining fluids used under high-speed and low-torque operating conditions. It is also suitable for machining non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminium alloys.
SMART BASE 3625 has a light colour, allowing easy visual observation during processing. Its low odor improves user acceptance and contributes to a more operator-friendly working environment.
SMART BASE 3625 demonstrates good compatibility and stability with various base oils and other additives, enabling flexible formulation of a wide range of metalworking fluids.
