SMART BASE 2315 is a kind of light amber, low viscosity, low-odor, high sulfur content sulfurized ester. It is recommended for use in both neat oil and water-based formulations for the processing both non-ferrous and ferrous metals.
SMART BASE 2315 is suitable for heavy-duty processes like taping, drawing, stamping, turning and threading. Compared with other additives with similar sulfur content, SMART BASE 2315 exhibits superior anti-wear, lubricating and extreme pressure performance that can effectively elevate surface finishing of workpiecess and extend the tool life.
SMART BASE 2315 has good compatibility with different groups of base oil, that make it easy to blend processing fluids of different applications.
SMART BASE 2315 is especially good for processing copper and aluminum alloys.
