SMART BASE 2916 is a kind of amber, high viscosity, low-odor fatty oil; with excellent lubricating and extreme pressure properties, it is recommended for use in neat oil formulations for the processing ferrous metals.
SMART BASE 2916 is suitable for tapping, drawing, stamping, turning and other heavy-duty processing. Compared with other additives with similar sulfur content, SMART BASE 2916 exhibits better EP and lubrication performance that can effectively elevate the surface finishing, and can extend tool life.
SMART BASE 2916 exhibits good compatibility in different groups of base oil that make it easy to blend different types of processing oil.
SMART BASE 2916 contains active sulfur, which is not suitable for processing ordinary copper, bronze, and brass.
