SMARTSUL W4772 is designed to use in formulating soluble oils, semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids to improve the EP property.
SMARTSUL W4772 is not an anti-wear additive, but it can lead to synergistic effect when blended together with the oils or anti-wear additives such as Smart Base AW2990. Due to the strong lubricating booster and EP properties, the mixed blend can obviously elevate product shininess and prolong tool life.
SMARTSUL W4772 is a chemically stable product that will not produce odor of hydrogen sulfide. Besides, SMARTSUL W4772 can be formulated the fluid that apply for the ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
SMARTSUL W4772 will not cause foam and can be compatible with components of different roles.
SMARTSUL W4772 can be diluted with water at any proportion without changing its unique transparency characteristic. It can be used as tank-side additive to boost the EP capability of coolant.
SMARTSUL W4772 is a good choice for chlorine replacement. Recommended treat rates are 2-15% by weight.
