SMARTPHOS W5880 is a water soluble phosphate ester, which provides excellent anti-wear and EP properties to the finished coolant. It can effectively improve the product finishing for both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
As SMARTPHOS W5880 is incorporated with low foam emulsifier, it will not produce much foam when blended in formulations.
SMARTPHOS W5880 is a good at replacing traditional chlorinated paraffin in water-based formulations. Due to its colorless characteristic, it can easily be blended with other components to make up the colorless finished coolant with strong anti-wear characteristic.
SMARTPHOS W5880 can also be used as a tankside additive for enhanced performance in product finishing, especially for the aluminum alloys.
SMARTPHOS W5880 can be used for light-duty drawing operations which require oil-free and residual film easily removed.
