FOAMQUER 8613A is a compound of modified-siloxane emulsion containing highly non-volatile components with optimal of hydrophobic and hydrophilic balance; unique package enables it perform well in the concentrates of various industrial fluids such as cleaners and cutting fluids, also for applications in paint spray booths.

FOAMQUER 8613A possesses defoamer characteristics of low surface tension with high spreading coefficient; right droplets size to rupture the foam cell lamellas; which results in swift foam collapse.

FOAMQUER 8613A is significantly cost-effective when compared to traditional PDMS based or siloxane polyether based defoamers. The package possesses fast foam knock-down characteristic, and have good washability that can eliminate possible silicon residue left in the workpiece after machining.

FOAMQUER 8613A can also be used as tankside additive in water dilutable systems.

Recommended Starting Dosage Level:

The recommended dosage range is 0.1-0.5%, or 1000-5000 ppm for system concentrates. However, the optimal dosage depends on system formulations. For tank-side addition, recommended starting dosage is 0.005% or 50ppm.

Storage and Use Condition:

• Always mix thoroughly before use, as phase separation will occur after long storage time;
• Storage under normal temperature up to 60℃;
• Should be placed in closed, ventilated area; do not expose to direct sunlight, and away from heat sources.
