SMART BASE RP9090 is a high performance water-based rust and corrosion inhibitor, which is blended fromC9-C11 dicarboxylic acid salt based compound with triazole derivatives and lubricating additives. The product is designed for use in the formulations of soluble oils, fully-synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids.
SMART BASE RP9090 contains no nitrite and diethanolamine, which can avoid the possible product of carcinogen of nitrosamine. Also, it will not stimulate user skin and the mucous membrane.
SMART BASE RP9090 is highly concentrated with good lubricity and anti-rust characteristics, that can be diluted with different proportions of water to make up different roles of coolant such as in-process protection and the grinding.
SMART BASE RP9090 can be used with SMART BASE RP9390 to achieve more superior anti-rust effect.
