SMART 1616W is a high viscosity emulsifiable compound ester that possesses unique structure to contribute the property of strong affinity to the metal surface; which results to maintain superior lubricating properties and anti-frictional characteristics even under high temperature during processing.
SMART 1616W is designed for the blenders to manufacture water or oil-based cutting fluid for steel rolling, aluminum or copper drawing fluid applications.
SMART 1616W has a high degree of saturation that can prevent contamination from oxidation.
SMART 1616W can effectively replace the sulfur, chlorine and phosphorous containing additives with similar performance. In addition, it can avoid the adverse effect on product shininess due to the otherwise chemical reaction of the extreme additive with the metal during machining.
SMART 1616W has good shear stability, which can maintain lubrication, wear resistance and extreme pressure performance at the contact points between the tool and the workpiece at high temperature.
SMART 1616W has no residue during high temperature operation. It has no corrosion to non-ferrous metals and is suitable for cutting, drawing, and stamping operation for aluminum alloy.
