SMART BASE 1103SSF contains sulfur, High Molecular Wt Polymeric Ester and fatty lubricants with high wetting property, which can effectively reduce operation load and frictional impedance at the contact surfaces.
SMART BASE 1103SSF possesses excellent lubricity and EP properties, which can improve surface finishing of the workpiece and avoid welding at the contact points.
SMART BASE 1103SSF contains active sulfur additives, so it is not recommended for the applications on yellow metals.
SMART BASE 1103SSF has gentle smell, evolving less smoke during severe operations.
SMART BASE 1103SSF has low viscosity, so that it is convenient to be blended. With special formulation, the product can complete the whole cutting operation with low treat rate. It is a unique cutting oil package.
