SMART BASE WLA6600 contains phosphorus, fatty acid, antioxidant and demulsifying agent; but no sulfur, chlorine and ZDDP. It exhibits excellent anti-wear, antioxidant, non-corrosive and oil-water separation properties.
SMART BASE WLA6600 can ensure the sideways to have a thin and uniform oil film, so that the table motion can be in an ultra-smooth condition. It can eliminate the "stick-slip" tendency of heavily loaded table when it is sliding at slow speeds or upon machine start-up; even after long periods of machine shutdown.
SMART BASE WLA6600 is fortified with rust and oxidation inhibitors, which make it suitable for blending hydraulic and gear oils.
SMART BASE WLA6600 can be blended with tackifier such as SmartTac H and Group I ISO 68 base oil to prepare way lubricant of the CINCINNATI MILACRON P-47 type.
