SANSOL MA806 is a superior micro-emulsion specially designed for machining magnesium and sensitive aluminum alloys.

SANSOL MA806 is carefully formulated with high performance lubricity additives to enhance tool life and surface finishing. It does not rely on sulfur, chlorine or nitrite-containing additives, that known to be harmful to the environment.

SANSOL MA806 reduces or eliminates fire hazard during machining since it does not use components that tend to react with magnesium or aluminum, that might generate of hydrogen.

SANSOL MA806 does not have separation problem easily during storage and leave no residue on metal surface during or after machining magnesium-based alloys, as compared to other water-based metalworking fluids.
