SANSYN SG6160 is a high quality oil rejecting, low foaming and excellent fine0settling synthetic coolant, specifically formulated for glass grinding operations. It is formulated from different kinds of synthetic esters that can effectively lubricate the contact points of the glass and diamond grinding wheel; which leads to good heat dissipation and the extension of life-time of the grinding wheels.
SANSYN SG6160 contains a special glass fine settling agent that can avoid the glass fines from solidification, building up at the machine surface or sticking to the diamond wheels. And hence the coolant filtration can be improved.
SANSYN SG6160 is formulated with low-foam materials that can avoid the glass fines or impurities from being wrapped up within the foams, hence the cleansing and cooling capabilities can be greatly enhanced.
SANSYN SG6160 contains biocide and fungicide that provide excellent microbial control; and hence the consumption of the grinding fluids can be greatly reduced, and fluid life time can last longer.
