SMARTFORT LB6220 is designed for use in soluble oil, semi-synthetic and synthetic fluid formulations, which is specially good at grinding and stamping operations.
SMARTFORT LB6220 is itself a full-fledged product that can be used directly after being diluted with water.
SMARTFORT LB6220 exhibits synergistic effect when it is used together with other water-based extreme pressure additives such as SMARTSUL W4772 or SMARTPHOS W5880, which can obviously boost the EP performance. The mixture is specially good at stamping application.
SMARTFORT LB6220 can be used as tank-side additive that can improve product finishing and reduce the smoke evolved at points of metal contacts during machining.
