SMART BASE CR-2080 is a low viscosity EP additive that can replace chlorinated paraffin in heavy duty cutting fluid.
SMART BASE CR-2080 is non-corrosive and can be used to process non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Its high extreme pressure and anti-wear characteristics can get the tool and fluid life extended.
SMART BASE CR-2080 has optimal fatty content which can effectively improve the surface finishing of the workpiece.
SMART BASE CR-2080 can replace chlorine in the ratio of 1:1. For example, in cutting oil formulation, the dosage of chlorinated paraffin with a chlorine content of 50% is 4%, then the chlorine content of the entire formula is 2%, and 2% of SMART BASE CR-2080 can be used to replace.
SMART BASE CR-2080 can be used in the formulation of water-based fluid for drawing, drilling and cutting and stamping processing.
