SMART BASE 1120 will not cause corrosion of brass and bronze under normal machining condition; so suitable for severe operations on non-ferrous metals.
SMART BASE 1120 possesses superior EP and lubricity properties; suitable for waylube, cutting oil and rolling oil formulations.
SMART BASE 1120 can be blended with tackifier such as SmartTac H and Group I ISO 68 and ISO 220 grade base oil to prepare for the heavy-medium way lubricant of the CINCINNATI MILACRON P-47 and heavy way lubricant of the CINCINNATI MILACRON P-47 respectively.
Recommended treat rate is: SMART BASE 1120 5%, SmartTac H 0.5%, Base Oil 94.5%.
