SMART BASE RP9290 is a high performance water-based package against rusting and corrosion. It is composed by carboxylate and lubricants, suitable for synthetic, semi-synthetic and soluble oil formulations. Synergistic effect is attained from the components, so low treat rate is required. Moreover, users can use it alone as in-process rust preventive, or add it tank-side directly.
SMART BASE RP9290 contains no harmful materials such as nitrite and borate. It is not sensitive to skin in general. The product can also be used to dilute at ratio 1 : 33 with water for use as grinding fluid.
Synergistic effect is significant when SMART BASE RP9290 is mixed with SMART BASE RP9390.
