SMART OIL PRODUCT INFORMATION

SMART PE1536 is a low viscosity, clear amber pentaerythritol compound ester, which possesses unique structure that contributes a strong affinity property to the metal surface; which results to maintain superior lubricating properties and anti-frictional characteristics even under high temperature during processing.

SMART PE1536 is designed for the blenders to manufacture water or oil-based cutting fluid for steel rolling, aluminum or copper drawing fluid applications.

SMART PE1536 has a high degree of saturation that can prevent contamination from oxidation.

SMART PE1536 can effectively replace the sulfur, chlorine and phosphorous containing compounds as EP additives. In addition, it can avoid the adverse effect on product shininess due to the otherwise chemical reaction of the extreme additives with the metal during machining.

SMART PE1536 has high viscosity index and good shear stability, which can maintain lubrication, wear resistance and extreme pressure performance at the contact points between the tool and the workpiece at high temperature.

SMART PE1536 is an ashless additive and has no residue during high temperature operation. It has no corrosion to non-ferrous metals and is suitable for cutting, drawing, and stamping operation for aluminum alloy.

SMART PE1536 has good compatibility with mineral oil, synthetic oil and synthetic ester with easy blending.

SMART PE1536 is a biodegradable product that can replace mineral oil as a lubricant on top of its multifunctional characteristics in cutting fluid.
