Adtecᵀᴹ 126 is high quality complex ester of trimethylolpropane (TMP). It offers excellent lubrication characteristics comparable to trimethylolpropane trioleate, but at a significantly lower cost. Adtecᵀᴹ 126 exhibits excellent high temperature stability and biodegradability that was shown to meet the requirements of European 21 Days and EPA 28 Days biodegradation tests.
Applications:
Adtecᵀᴹ 126 has found applications in the metalworking industry for steel milling, grinding, cutting, hot or cold rolling, and drawing due to its high temperature stability and clean burning-off properties that minimize surface residue in hot rolling applications. Since it has a relatively high Fire Point and is biodegradable, it can be formulated as a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid for outdoor mobile equipment.
