SMARTPHOS P3256 is a dioleylphosphite; which can be used in water-based formulations to elevate antiwear property.
SMARTPHOS P3256 is not easy to be hydrolyzed due to large molecular structure. It possesses high thermal stability and contains no phenolic moiety, so is not detrimental to the environment.
SMARTPHOS P3256 can be used as anti-friction and lubricating agent. When added at 0.5-2% to the working fluids, it can enhance finishing of the workpieces.
SMARTPHOS P3256 is suitable for processing yellow metals. It also exhibits good anti-friction performance in formulations of steel rolling oils, and surface finishing of the workpieces can be enhanced.
