SMARTLUB 3240 is a co-emulsifiers with anti-rust, lubricity, wetting and cleansing characteristics. It can be incorporated into water-based metalworking products such as soluble oils, semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids.
SMARTLUB 3240 is especially suitable for machining yellow metals such as aluminum and magnesium alloys due to its excellent wetting and cleansing properties. It also can improve the surface finishing of workpieces and help to remove the debris of metal chips.
SMARTLUB 3240 exhibits excellent co-emulsion performance; thus it is recommended for more stable water-based products.
