SMART BASE 1107L is a universal tools-guard neat oil package with sulfurized and chlorinated EP additives, which can effectively prevent welding at metal contact points. It contains high wetting fatty lubricant that can effectively lower the operation load and frictional force at the knife blades; thus it can reduce tool ware and prolong the machine use life. Moreover it enhances the precision of operations and improves surface finishing on the workpieces.
SMART BASE 1107L exhibits gentle smell and produce less smoke during severe operations.
SMART BASE 1107L features wide applications, that it can directly spread on cutting parts or dilute with adequate mineral oils depending on operation severity. It is recommended for treat rate of 5-20% by weight in mineral oil, for stainless steel, alloy steel and resistance steel operations of high speed cutting, drilling, chambering, threading, tapping, broaching, rolling, hobbing and gear shaping, etc.
