SMARTLUB 3599 is an isopropanol amines-based product that can effectively boost the emulsifying, wetting, lubricating, corrosion protection in coolant system. The product is designed for using in the formulations of fully synthetic, semi-synthetic and soluble oil.
SMARTLUB 3599 has strong cleansing characteristics that can clean up the debris stuck to the machining tool or lathe during processing, which can help keeping the working environment clean.
SMARTLUB 3599 contains no nitrite and diethanolamine, which can avoid the possible product of carcinogen of nitrosamine to be produced. Also, it will not get users skin and their mucous membrane stimulated.
SMARTLUB 3599 has good alkalinity reserve property that can neutralize the acidic contaminants such as organic acids which are formed due to oxidation during processing at high temperature. Hence, the coolant life can be extended.
SMARTLUB 3599 has strong co-emulsifying capability that can effectively stabilize the emulsion system. Additionally, it can also acts as viscosity builder, which is good to formulate the coolant for drawing and stamping processing.
