SMARTDRAW SDA3630 is a special friction modifier and high performance lubricant. It has no chlorine, with low viscosity, and high viscosity index.
SMARTDRAW SDA3630 contains synthetic esters, with strong lubricity. It can maintain high shear stability at elevated temperatures. The application on aluminum wire drawing can keep dies at low temperature even under high speed operation. It can ensure good surface finishing and cleanliness of the workpieces.
SMARTDRAW SDA3630 is suitable for processing aluminum series of 1350, 3xxx to 7xxx. It can be used by direct application onto the workpieces. Operation can be done from starting diameter of 2mm to finishing diameter 0.1mm.
