SMARTDRAW SD3629 is compounded with vegetable oils, animal oils and synthetic esters. It provides excellent boundary lubricating and cooling functons; and can effectively prevent metal adherence or welding to moulds.
SMARTDRAW SD3629 also possesses impact resistance property, so can enhance durability of the dies.
SMARTDRAW SD3629 can be used after dilution with rapeseed oil, palm oil or mineral oil; and is suitable for deep drawing and stamping operations. it is easy to be cleaned up after operations, so is convenient for subsequent process like spray painting or porcelainzing.
SMARTDRAW SD3629 can be applied to the workpieces using hand brush, rollers or by recirculation.
