SMART BASE 1110A is a package containing sulfurized and high-wetting fatty lubricants.
SMART BASE 1110A is suitable for machining hard-to-machine alloys such as stainless steels, alloy steels and high tensile steels. It exhibits good protection on tools, and can effectively reduce operation load and frictional impedance at knife blade; also can improve machining precision and surface finishing of the workpieces, so can avoid welding at the contact points.
SMART BASE 1110A can be used in formulations for forming and machining operations such as gear hobbing, threading and screw heading.
SMART BASE 1110A possesses mild odor; with very little smoke fume even under extreme operations; and is a highly cost-effective package product.
