SMART BASE 1105SS is a robust cutting oil package containing sulfur ; suitable for cutting, tapping, threading and drilling operations.
SMART BASE 1105SS possesses extremely good EP property, specially suitable for machining hard-to-machine alloys; such as stainless steels (316 or 316L) and titanium alloys.
SMART BASE 1105SS contains fatty lubricants with highly wetting property; which can effectively reduce operation load and frictional impedance at the knife blade. It can improve machining precision and surface finishing, and avoid welding at the contact points.
