SMART BASE CF1109LT is a heavy duty additive package designed for blending of cutting oils for processing titanium alloys. It can effectively reduce tool wear, and extend tool life.
SMART BASE CF1109LT is compounded with specific synthetic fatty ester, which can provide strong wetting characteristic and good product finishing can be attained.
Besides, SMART BASE CF1109LT can also be used on hard stainless steels like 316 and 316L alloys, for cutting, drilling, tapping and threading processes.
