SANSYN SD6260 is a high performance, oil rejecting synthetic concentrate, specially designed for severe ferrous metals as well as copper applications. It contains no nitrite and other harmful materials.
SANSYN SD6260 is fortified against microorganism attack through the incorporation of biocide and fungicide packages.
SANSYN SD6260 is a low odor, clear and light yellow liquid. It exhibits excellent corrosion inhibition, good hard water stability and low foam tendency.
SANSYN SD6260 can be used as in-process rust preventive standalone or in centralized systems. Product possesses excellent cleansing property; metal scraps will not easily adhere to the workpieces after machining.
SANSYN SD6260 possesses excellent lubricating and EP characteristics. It is suitable for light-to-heavy duty grinding, machining and drilling applications.
Being highly concentrated, SANSYN SD6260 can be diluted at 20% with water before delivery to the end customers.
