SMART OIL PRODUCT INFORMATION

SANCUT EP3561 is a high quality universal semi-synthetic coolant formulated for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It contains no sulfur, chlorine or phosphorus and nitrite additives. It is blended to give high performance with different advantages of esters that greatly enhances the anti-wear and wetting capabilities. The product can be used for machining irons, stainless steels, alloy steels, and aluminum alloys for middle-to-heavy duty applications, such as grinding, turning, milling tapping and drilling.

SANCUT EP3561 is fully fortified with biocide, corrosion inhibitors, and wetting agents. Blenders can incorporate the product with chlorinated paraffin, phosphate ester or sulfurized compound to strengthen the extreme pressure characteristics.
