SMART BASE RP333H is a highly concentrated barium based rust and corrosion inhibitor, free of hydramine. It can be blended to oil-based and solvent based rust preventives.
SMART BASE RP333H can be blended to water displacement rust preventive oil without dewatering agent in advance, due to the presence of robust de-watering agent.
SMART BASE RP333H can form anti-rust protective film on workpieces even at extremely humid environment. It exhibits very good salt fog preventive property.
SMART BASE RP333H can be compatible with high base sulfonates and high soap soluble oil. The suggested treat level of 3 - 15% of SMART BASE RP333H for rust preventive oil. The treat rate depends on the type solvent carrier and customer's expectation.
SMART BASE RP333H also can be used as additive incorporated in cutting oils for extra corrosion fortification.
