SMART BASE CF1108L is a universal neat oil package for cutting and drilling operations. It contains no active sulfurized and chlorinated EP additives, so is suitable for use in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It contains superior lubricity and anti-wear additives, which can effectively reduce friction and operation load at contact surfaces, thus can ensure high precision and excellent surface finishing of the workpieces, and can prevent welding at metal contact points between cutting tools and the workpieces.
SMART BASE CF1108L can wide be applied to yellow metals operations of cutting, drilling, threading, tapping, etc. It is also recommended for use in stainless steel operations of deep hole drilling, due to its excellent wetting and good oxidation resistance properties.
