SMARTLUB 3260 is a co-emulsifiers with anti-rust, lubricity, wetting and cleansing characteristics. It can be incorporated into water-based metalworking products such as soluble oil, semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids.
SMARTLUB 3260 is especially suitable for machining yellow matals such as aluminium and magnesium alloys due to its excellent wetting and cleansing properties. It also can improve the surface finish workpieces and reduce adherence of scraps, thus to prolong the tool life.
SMARTLUB 3260 exhits excellent co-emulsion performance, thus it is recommended for soluble oil, semi-synthetic and micro-emulsion formulations to blend more stable products.
