Product Description

SMART BASE RP9190 contains diethanolamine derivatives and lubricant packages.

SMART BASE RP9190 has lower pH value and specially long rustproof period. It can be used in synthetic, semi-synthetic and soluble oil formulations.

SMART BASE RP9190 can dilute with water to form standalone in-process rust preventive, or as tankside additive. Translucent protective film will be formed on surface of workpieces after evaporation of water.

Product Advantages:

  • Appearance clear transparent light yellow;
  • Extremely good protection on cast iron and other ferrous metals;
  • Good protection on yellow metals such as copper and aluminum;
  • Will not jeopardize system stability as pH around 8;
  • Strong resistance against hard-water.
