SMARTPHOS P3273 is a long chain phosphite ester additive which has good lubrication, anti-friction, anti-wear, extreme pressure and antioxidant characteristics; the product can effectively boost the machining accuracy and extend the tool life. Besides, the low acid property can get the shelf life of working fluid prolonged.
SMARTPHOS P3273 is non-corrosive and can be used to process non-ferrous and ferrous metals. Its high extreme pressure and anti-wear characteristics can get the tool and fluid life extended.
SMARTPHOS P3273 is a molecule, belong to large molecular structure; and good thermal stability, which get it have good hydrolytic stability.
SMARTPHOS P3273 can be used in the formulation of water-based fluid for rolling, forming or stamping process.
