SMARTPHOS P6800 is an oil-based phosphate ester with light color and low odor. It provides excellent lubricity and anti-wear properties when blended with other sulfurized or chlorinated EP additives for use in neat oil formulations.
SMARTPHOS P6800 exhibits excellent performance in severe operations on difficult-to-machine metals. It will reduce smog and improve the surface finishing on the workpieces.
SMARTPHOS P6800 will improve the performance of drawing & forming oils due to its excellent lubricity and AW properties.
SMARTPHOS P6800 can be added directly into base oil to blend light-duty cutting oil with light or low odor.
