Product Description

FOAMQUER 9191 is a N,N'-ethylenedi(stearamide) based defoamer.The product is good for the industrial fluids such as cleaning, cutting and electronic products processing.

FOAMQUER 9191 possesses defoamer characteristics of low surface tension with high spreading characteristic, which results in swift foam collapse.

FOAMQUER 9191 can be used in systems with pH greater than 12, it also has good performance in high shear processing environment.

FOAMQUER 9191 can also be used as tankside additive in water dilutable systems.

Recommended Starting Dosage Level:

The recommended dosage range is 0.1~1%, or 1000-2000 ppm for system concentrates. However, the optimal dosage depends on system formulations. For tank-side addition, recommended starting dosage is 0.005% or 50ppm.

Storage and Use Condition:

  • Always mix thoroughly before use, as phase separation will occur after long storage time;
  • Storage under normal temperature up to 60℃;
  • Should be placed in closed, ventilated area; do not expose to direct sunlight, and away from heat sources.
