细菌-真菌测菌片 是一款经济、快速、准确的测菌片。
用于检测水基系统中的细菌、真菌和酵母菌数量和生长速度。

检测用法

将测试版连盖从容器中取出(不要触鲸脂片）；
将测试版浸泡在检测液中5-10秒；
确保测试版表面充分浸润；
拿出并让测试版静待数秒，让多余的液体流走；
将测试版放回容器中，扭紧盖子；
将时间日期等有关信息记录在随附的标签纸上；
将整个单元垂直放置于27–30℃的环境下，培养24-48小时
(对酵母或霉菌，培养时间应为范围上限)；
拿出测试版并目测在其上的菌落数量；
与随附的菌落密度图作对比，以决定测试液的含菌量；

麦芽浸出液琼脂（棕色面）： 只为酵母菌和真菌的生长提供营养。由于pH值较低，抑制了细菌的生长。霉菌的菌落呈毛茸状，而酵母菌的菌落是光滑圆形的。

胰蛋白葡萄糖浸出液琼脂（透明面）: 细菌会生长成红色或无色菌落。不要被菌落的颜色和大小所误导。每一个菌落代表了一个生长中的微生物。无色菌落也应该被计算。

储存: 在室温下储存，不能冷藏储存。

有效日期 : 自生产日后7个月内有效。
